                                                FOOD COMPETITION WINNERS

This year's inaugeral Infusion Hot Sauce Festival at Strathmore Hall was a fantastic time.  The music and food were incredible and the day was just beautiful.  The contestants really showed off their cooking skills.  Festival attendees were treated to fantastic barbecue ribs, chicken and fish.  


Local bands Brock, Justin Jones and Uncle Chunky really showed off their talent.  Calfornia's Danny Caron's Good Hands featuring Barbara Morrison had folks dancing up a storm.

INFUSION HOT SAUCE COMPANY HAD A GREAT TIME AT PEPPERS, THE FIERY FOODS STORE AT THE TANGER OUTLET MALL IN REHOBOTH BEACH DELAWARE ON MAY 12, 2007.  I WAS COOKING SOME NEW RECIPES AND THE CHERRY PEPPERS WERE THERE TO SAMPLE OUT THE SAUCES FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS.

MAY 23, 2007 I WAS AT THE FACTORY BOTTLING A BATCH OF DRAGONFIRE.  IT'S VERY TASTY.

THE SAUCES ARE NOW DISPENSED BY THE VENDORS AT MERRIWEATHER POST PAVILION.  ANYONE GOING TO A SHOW THERE THIS SEASON WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE INFUSED.

THE LABEL FOR THE THIRD SAUCE IS NEARING COMPLETION.  I HAVE ALSO FOUND A SUPPLIER FOR THE PEPPERS IN THE SECRET NEW SAUCE AND EXPECT TO BE IN PRODUCTION IN ABOUT TWO MONTHS.
 
THE PACKAGING FOR THE HOLIDAY GIFT PACK WITH A BOTTLE OF EACH OF THE THREE SAUCES IS ALMOST READY. THIS WIL BE ESPECIALLY NICE.  LOOK FOR THE DEBUT AT THE INFUSION HOT SAUCE FESTIVAL IN SEPTEMBER.    
 
ON JUNE 12, 2007, I LEAVE FOR CHANGSHA, HUNAN CHINA TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CHINESE INTERNATIONAL CONDIMENT AND FOOD ADDITIVE EXHIBITION.  WE WILL BE ONE OF ONLY 22 FOREIGN COMPANIES AND THE ONLY AMERICAN COMPANY INVITED.
